I. In-depth Needs Integration and Customized Solutions

We always start with the client's needs, first by fully listening to your product requirements, usage scenarios, and core expectations. We build professional trust by accurately identifying your needs. For your product, we will provide professional industry advice, technical references, and optimization directions to help you refine product details. If you need design support, a dedicated designer will provide creative solutions and visual optimization suggestions throughout the process, ensuring the product is both practical and competitive.

II. Sample Prototyping and Mold Opening

Based on the confirmed requirements, we will begin sofa sample prototyping to ensure the sample highly matches your expectations.

For custom-made sofas, the sample fee will be borne by the client initially.

If subsequent orders begin mass production, we will refund the corresponding sofa sample fee according to the agreement, minimizing your costs.

III. Signing a Formal Contract and Locking in Cooperation Details

After your final confirmation of the sofa sample, both parties will sign a formal cooperation contract, clearly defining core terms such as product specifications, quantity, delivery standards, and cost details to protect your rights and interests.

After signing the contract, please pay the deposit as agreed. Production preparation will begin upon receipt of the deposit.

Friendly reminder: The production cycle will officially begin after the completion and acceptance of the customized sofa sample to ensure efficient coordination in the production process.

IV. Efficient Production and Delivery, Guaranteed Timeliness

We will strictly adhere to the contract standards in production, controlling product quality and production progress throughout the process. The total delivery time will not exceed 15 days (calculated from the date of mold acceptance). Multiple rounds of quality inspection will be conducted before delivery to ensure that every product you receive meets the expected standards.
